ABOUT RYEBOURNE
OUR WHISKY
Made from English grains, with a mashbill of mainly rye with a small amount of malted barley. Distilled in England and aged for a minimum of nine years in new French oak casks that pair perfectly with spicer notes that are found in European rye whisky.
Giving you a taste of raisins, rye bread and fudge, a nose of marzipan, vanilla and candied fruit, and a long peppery finish.

FOUNDERS
Founded around a barrel by four like-minded drinkers, Ryebourne started with a simple idea: whisky should taste great, feel welcoming, and be enjoyed without fuss.
The four of them bring real experience from across the drinks world. Craig ran Strange Hill, a London-based drinks and hospitality agency, for over a decade, working on launches for independent brands and across much of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio. Dan comes from a food retail background and has spent the past six years running one of the UK’s most successful whisky subscription clubs, building a direct relationship with curious, flavour-led drinkers.
James and Henry are the founders of Spritzstudio, a drinks and design agency working with brands and venues globally, creating beautiful, smart brand work and experiences for their clients.
Ryebourne is a whisky led by flavour, shaped by experience, and made to be enjoyed.
